Biden Addresses Deadly New Orleans Truck Ramming

At least 15 people were injured when Shamsud-Din Jabbar drove his truck into a crown on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. Dozens more were injured. His actions are said to have been inspired by ISIS.

According to the FBI, Shamsud-Din Jabbar was 42-years-old and a U.S. born citizen. He was an Army veteran from Texas.

Much is still unknown about the attack, including the identities of many of the victims.
