The Secret Service is investigating shots fired in the vicinity of where Donald Trump was golfing at his West Palm Beach golf course.

It is unclear, at this time, whether the shots were targeting the former president. It is also unclear whether the shots were fired on the golf course grounds or nearby.

The Trump Campaign released a short memo stating, "President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time."
