Columbia University Goes Virtual for Rest of Semester Regarding Pro-Palestine Protests

Two big announcements for Columbia University yesterday. 1) Patriots owner Robert Kraft pulls funding for the university stating that he’s “not comfortable” donating during the protests. 2) Columbia’s main campus announced it will be going hybrid for the rest of the year out of safety concerns. In a statement, a rep for the university said, “Safety is our highest priority as we strive to support our students’ learning and all the required academic operations.”
