Anthony Edwards Fined for Bad Mouthing Refs

Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards has been fined $75k for publicly using expletives when describing referees during a postgame interview.

The comments were made following the Timberwolves 113-103 loss to the Golden State Warriors on December 21st.

The fine comes directly from the NBA and was announced by Joe Dumars, Executive Vice President, Head of Basketball Operations.

Edwards will make $42 million during this season alone and, when his Adidas contract is added, he will clear about $50 million.
