A concerned citizen filmed live after hearing multiple shots fired.

Later, Mpls Cop Chief Brian O’Hara reported 3 police fatally shot a man allegedly waving a weapon.

There is “no reason to think this is anything other than a justifiable and lawful use-of-force by police officers,” O’Hara claimed.

The BCA, who are also law enforcement agents, will investigate the Mpls law enforcement agents responsible for last night’s fatal shooting.
