Texas Agriculture Commissioner Enforces “Biological Gender” Dress Code

Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller has issued a new dress code which demands employees choose clothing “in a manner consistent with their biological gender.”

The dress code was implemented earlier this month, with the policy dated April 13th and, according to the document, penalties “up to and including termination” can result for those who do not comply.

It is unclear how the TX Dept of Agriculture intends to enforce this policy, and what specific clothing items they’re considered “gendered.”

It is worth noting, “Western business attire” is on the list of approved looks.
